Is this free forever, or is there any hidden charges?
As a startup ourselves, we understand the needs of other small businesses. That’s why we offer a free forever plan with limited features, designed to support your B2B or wholesale operations. This plan includes a cap of up to $2,000 in order value per month, which is sufficient for most small
businesses to get started and operate effectively.
Is it mandatory to approve payment method before using the app in free plan?
Yes, it’s mandatory in our app. We want to ensure a smooth experience for our merchants even those on the free plan. If the order value exceeds the limit and the app stops working, it could negatively impact your business, and we don’t want that to happen over a few dollars. This system helps avoid any disruption and keeps your operations running seamlessly.
What happens if I exceed the $2,000 cap on the free plan?
When you choose our free plan, you’ll be asked to approve a payment method, Up to approval of $150. but don’t worry, you won’t be charged at this stage. If your monthly order value exceeds the $2,000 cap, our system will automatically detect it and charge $24 for that month. In the following month, if your order value stays below $2,000, you won’t be charged, and your account will continue on the free plan. We don’t force upgrades you’ll only be charged if you exceed the free plan limit.
What happens if I exceed the $100,000 cap on the pro paid plan?
If your monthly order value stays below $100,000, you’ll only be charged the pro plan fee of $150. However, if you exceed the $100,000 limit, However, the Pro plan has no extra charges it remains flat regardless of usage. If you expect your monthly order value to consistently exceed $100,000, we recommend speaking with our sales team. They can offer you a custom flat-rate plan tailored to your needs.
What happens if I exceed the $30,000 cap on the Grow paid plan?
If your monthly order value stays below $30,000, you’ll only be charged the Starter plan fee of $51. However, if you exceed the $30,000 limit, our system will automatically apply an additional flat fee of $99 bringing your total charge to $150 for that month. The following month, if your order value goes back below $30,000, the extra fee will not be applied, and you’ll continue on the grow plan at $51. We never force upgrades you’ll only be charged extra flat fee if your usage exceeds your plan’s limit.
What happens if I exceed the $10,000 cap on the starter paid plan?
If your monthly order value stays below $10,000, you’ll only be charged the Starter plan fee of $24. However, if you exceed the $10,000 limit, our system will automatically apply an additional flat fee of $27 bringing your total charge to $51 for that month. The following month, if your order value goes back below $10,000, the extra fee will not be applied, and you’ll continue on the Starter plan at $24. We never force upgrades you’ll only be charged extra flat fee if your usage exceeds your plan’s limit.
How does free trial works?
When you choose a paid plan, you’ll automatically start on a free trial no charges upfront. We’ll notify you before your subscription begins. If you feel the product isn’t the right fit for your business, you can uninstall it anytime during the trial period, and you won’t be charged.
Can you explain why I need to authorize up to $150 if I'm currently on a free or lower paid plan?
Our billing system follows a block-based model tied to your monthly order value cap. That’s why we request authorization for the maximum cap of $150/month. This ensures your wholesale or B2B operations continue smoothly, without any disruption even if your order volume temporarily exceeds your current plan. We do this to protect your customer experience and avoid any unexpected interruptions in service.
