Applications

The Application feature in NetWise enables businesses to efficiently manage customer and company order submissions. It also allows businesses to create dedicated application forms, collect customer information, and approve them as individual wholesale customers or B2B business.

What does it do?

This feature allows merchants to create and customized application forms based on their business needs. They can review submissions, approve or reject applications seamlessly, and track their status in real time. Merchants can also modify form fields as needed, while customers receive notifications upon approval or rejection. The application process is fully adaptable to suit specific business requirements.

The Application feature in NetWise dashboard is divided into three key categories: Submissions, Form Settings, and Notifications. Let’s explore each in detail.

Submissions

In this section, Merchant can view all application forms submitted by new wholesale or B2B customers. Merchant can Review, Approve, or Reject Applications, as well as track the status of pending application in-review section. This provides a clear overview of the application, allowing merchant to monitor applications in detail and ensure a smooth approval process.

Form Settings

The Form Settings section allows Merchant to manage and customise their application forms. At the top, they can preview how the form appears in the online store and easily enable or disable it. Customer can also check the form's status, make edits, and adjust country and market settings. Additionally, this section provides a layout overview of the details enabled in the form, ensuring Customers to have complete control over its configuration.

Edit Form

The Edit Forms section provides Merchants with full control over the fields and content of their application forms. On the left panel, Customers can customise every aspect of the form, including layout settings and text fields. They can choose which type of text fields to include, such as basic information fields that come pre-enabled or additional custom fields tailored to their needs. Customers can also create new text fields or modify existing ones to collect specific information.

Additionally, the left panel includes styling options, allowing merchants to customise form colours to align with their brand guidelines. They can select brand colours and adjust the overall appearance of the form.

On the right side, a real-time preview displays all changes as they are made, ensuring merchant can see how the form will appear before finalising.

Another key feature is the success message setting, which allows merchants to customise the message displayed once the application is successfully submitted. This ensures a personalised experience for applicants while keeping merchants informed about the next steps.

Notifications

The Notifications section allows Merchants to send email updates to customers regarding their application status whether it has been approved or rejected. Merchants can also customise the email by styling buttons and adding their business logo for a branded look. At the bottom of the page, they can preview the message Settings before saving it, ensuring everything appears as intended.
