Customers


The Customers section in NetWise empowers merchants to efficiently manage and monitor customer data, including order count and total spend. It provides a detailed overview of each customer, covering information such as name, email, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, company details, payment terms, and business-related documents. Merchants can also create custom fields to capture additional information as needed. Customer details can be updated at any time with customer consent except for the email address, which remains fixed.

Smart ways to make the most of the customer section

In the Customers section, you can control wholesale price access for each customer. Using the Active/Deactivate feature, you can easily decide who gets access to your pricing and who doesn’t.


There are 3 Tabs under customer section:

  1. All: As a merchant, you can view all customers onboarded to your wholesale/B2B channel both those approved for ordering and those not yet approved. This section gives you a complete overview of all your customers in one place.
  2. Ordering approved: Here, you can view only customers who are approved for ordering and have been assigned a segment. You’ll also see an overview of their orders count and total spend. Additionally, you have the option to deactivate their ordering access at any time.
  3. Ordering not approved: Here, you can view customers who are not approved for ordering and have not been assigned to any segment. If they were previously approved, you can still see their past order count and total spend. You also have the option to activate them by assigning the appropriate segment anytime.
