How to enable app embed
Enable the NetWise app embed to display wholesale pricing across the collection page, product page, and cart drawer.
Without the app embed enabled, B2B prices will not be visible anywhere on the store front including checkout. Enabling the app embed surfaces tiered pricing directly on product and collection pages for your logged-in B2B customers.
Three steps to enable
- Click Enable in NetWise
From the Start Guide task "Enable the Wholesale B2B widgets on the storefront" - or the dashboard banner - click Enable. The Shopify Theme Editor opens with the correct app embed pre-selected.
- Toggle the embed on and save
In the Theme Editor sidebar, switch the NetWise app embed to ON and click Save in the top-right. Make sure you are editing your live theme, not a draft.
Note: If toggle is already enabled just ignore and continue with the save
- Return to NetWise and refresh
Back in the app, click Refresh. The button flips from Enable to Enabled - your widget is live.
Confirm it’s working
Log in to your storefront as a B2B customer in a published customer group. You should see B2B prices on collection page, product pages and cart.
If the widget isn’t showing
- Check you enabled the embed on your live theme, not a draft.
- Click Refresh in NetWise to re-check theme status.
- Confirm the customer is logged in and assigned to a published customer group.
